Exporting Your Brokerage Data

For a complete copy of everything in your brokerage — separate from the per-deal QuickBooks export covered in Sharing and Exporting Deals — go to Data Export and click Download my data.

This downloads a single ZIP file containing:

  • deals.csv — all confirmed deals with payouts
  • agents.csv — your agent roster with plan assignments
  • cap_ledger.csv — the full cap progress history for every agent

If you cancel your subscription, this export remains available for 30 days afterward — download a copy before that window closes if you're planning to leave.
